Haily Ghee comes from the roots of rural India wrapped in the purity of divine and the fragrance of soil. It is free from any artificial preservatives and harmful chemicals. We use the ancient and traditional way called Bilona to yield purest form of Ghee.According to RigVeda ,the sages used to introduce Agni to milk and by the friction of churning,heat used to produce butter .Upon heating the butter they obtained Ghee.

The color of mustard oil is reddish-brown or amber, and it has a bitter, pungent flavor. Allyl isothiocyanate is responsible for the pungent flavor of mustard oil. By crushing mustard seeds, one can produce this fatty vegetable oil.

There are various uses for mustard oil around the world. In India, it is commonly referred to as “Sarson ka Tel” and is a vital component present in every kitchen. A variety of dishes benefit from the pungent flavor of mustard oil. Additionally, it provides a lot of health benefits. 

Mustard oil contains around 12% saturated fats, about 21% polyunsaturated fats (PUFA), comprising 6% omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), 15% omega-6 linoleic acid (LA), and about 60% monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) (including 42% erucic acid and 12% oleic acid).

Due to its optimum omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acid ratio and low concentration of saturated fats, mustard oil is healthier and more favored than many other oils on the market.
