To produce pure and authentic ghee, we follow the ancient ghee-making technique. Buffalo milk with full cream is left to curdle overnight. To separate butter from the curd, set curd is churned in a wooden churn using the vilona-bilona process. Our professionals manufacture exquisite-tasting ghee by washing and melting separated butter.
